Biography

Born in the UK to South African parents Michele spent much of her childhood in Europe. She returned home to Pretoria in 1987 and completed her secondary school education at Pretoria High School for Girls. In 1990 she moved to Durban to study fashion at Natal Technikon. She conciders herself a naturalized Durbanite. but still misses the Highveld thunderstorms and magobe!- you'll know it as phutu.

She loves racing shopping carts in the supermarket with her crazy kids. and collects collanders with her husband. The rest of the time you'll find her surrounded by mountains of fabrics and valleys of beads and buttons.
